SIHospital is the website for Saigon International Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, helping patients quickly explore services, doctors, and appointment booking options.

Overview
SIHospital is one of the leading private maternity hospitals in Ho Chi Minh City, specializing in obstetrics, gynecology, infertility treatment, and newborn care. With more than 20 years of experience, the hospital pioneered the "hospital-hotel" model, combining medical excellence with a premium patient experience.
This project focused on redesigning the website to improve accessibility, trust, and conversion across key patient journeys, from information discovery to appointment booking.
Problem
The existing experience created several barriers for users, especially first-time mothers and families.
Key challenge: Simplify complex healthcare journeys into clear, guided, and trustworthy experiences.
Complex navigation across services such as maternity, IVF, and pediatrics
Lack of clear guidance for booking and treatment processes
Information overload without clear prioritization across services, pricing, and doctors
Limited trust signals despite strong medical expertise

A patient-centered website redesign focused on conversion:

Design
Focused on delivering a calm, trustworthy, and family-friendly experience:
Implementation
Built with WordPress CMS and Bootstrap 5, the implementation focused on a flexible, scalable structure with responsive, mobile-first components. This enabled efficient content management while delivering a fast, consistent, and user-friendly experience across devices.
Backend
We chose WordPress CMS for its easy-to-use admin dashboard and the flexibility of its plugin ecosystem. I built a custom WordPress theme from scratch with Custom Post Types such as Career, Product, Service, and Insight, along with Custom Taxonomies such as Location and Department for the Career section.
Frontend
The frontend was built with Bootstrap 5, using its mobile-first responsive grid and reusable UI components to ensure fast performance, consistency, and a smooth experience across screen sizes.
Launch & Results
The platform was launched successfully with a focus on performance, scalability, and a seamless patient experience. By combining design, content, and technology, the website creates a consistent journey from information discovery to appointment booking.
Deployment & Optimization
Deployed on WordPress CMS with a custom theme and optimized with Bootstrap 5, the website ensures fast load times, responsive performance, and easy content management for internal teams. Continuous optimization was applied to improve usability and conversion.

Reflection & Outcome
