Overview
Gambaru provides a structured way to connect tech talent with hiring teams. Candidates build credible profiles and demonstrate skills, while recruiters can search, filter, and shortlist talent efficiently.
Problem
Hiring engineers is often slow and noisy. Recruiters struggle to evaluate skills from inconsistent CVs, while candidates struggle to present real capability beyond keywords.

We designed a two-sided platform that standardizes profiles and adds clear skill verification—making search, evaluation, and matching faster for both sides.
